What began as a study evolved into a comprehensive renovation of the first and second floors, incorporating the installation of two new ensuites and a family bathroom. We even proposed a new circular stair window facing the garden, a feature we successfully negotiated with the planning and conservation authorities.
With plans approved, we recently secured a contractor and are set to begin construction in mid-March 2024. We're excited to breathe new life into Shelley House and fulfill the vision of its owners.
