By removing structural walls and chimneys, and opening up the stair, we created a more inviting place for Seth to live. We transformed the rear into a galley kitchen with direct garden access and relocated the bathroom upstairs closer to the bedrooms. We aimed to enhance the property’s Victorian qualities by restoring the original Victorian entry arch and installing a refurbished Victorian mantelpiece.
Seth is delighted with his revamped home and although he is still furnishing, landscaping and painting it, he couldn’t be happier.
