We conducted a feasibility study to assess the potential of developing the loft into a first storey during the roof renovation. The study confirmed viability, allowing the owners to add an extra 9m2 atop the existing 138m2, effectively increasing their home's size by almost 70%.
Subsequently, we assisted them in developing the project with a new stair, new landing, bathroom and three new bedrooms. We obtained planning permission in 2023 and are currently in the process of securing a contractor to bring the project to fruition. We're eager to commence and complete this exciting transformation for the homeowners.
