London Townhouse
The London Townhouse project is in its final finishing phase. It is a charming 125m² Victorian townhouse based in North London which had an undersized kitchen extension that needed expanding. Our client's desire was to expand the kitchen and modernise the house in her own particular fun and elegant way.  We helped her do this met this creating a design that involved filling in the side return and adding a fourth bedroom/study above half of the ground-level extension. 

All in all the renovation involved installing a new ensuite on the top level and implementing various system upgrades, including a new hot water system, a heated floor in the new kitchen, three skylights, and an almost full-length Crittal window.

From initial client ideas and our extensive dialogue with the client we drew up construction plans, negotiated neighbour feedback, established party wall agreements, obtained planning approval, and oversaw building control and eventually saw the building realised.
