Ballerup Byvej HQ
After acquiring the site, our developer client recognized its potential and sought to capitalize on it. We collaborated closely with the client to respond to the needs of potential tenants, ranging from a padel racket court builder to an industrial cookie maker. Our proposals for the site included options ranging from single-story showroom designs to multi-story 15,000 m2 office buildings.

Currently, the client is finalizing contracts with proposed tenants, and the project is transitioning into the next stage, focusing on tenant contract agreements and preliminary planning for a 4000m2, four-story office building. This building will feature a first-floor terrace and a ground-floor showroom designed to showcase and highlight the tenant's industrial process.
